Getting started

Create an account

Sign up with name, email, phone and password, accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, then verify your email. Google and Apple sign-in are supported on compatible devices; Facebook login is not supported.

Getting started

Permissions

Location helps with nearby results; camera supports QR scanning and images; microphone supports voice messages; photos/files support uploads; notifications cover bookings, payments, disputes and tickets.

Customer

Find a provider

Browse categories, search and filter by location. Review package details, quantity, date, checkout total, provider profile and any listing conditions before you book.

Customer

Book a service

Select a service and package, provide the required details, review the total, then pay through a supported checkout method. The booking appears in My Bookings.

Customer

Request a custom offer

Use provider chat. The offer should record the service, full price, scope, features, date, terms and expiry. Pay only through the official Planifya checkout.

Completion

Six-digit PIN

Give the completion PIN to the provider only after the agreed service is actually complete. Entering it creates a completion record that affects payout.

Tickets

Buy event tickets

Choose a verified public event, package and quantity; review the date, location, sales cutoff and attendee details; pay; then open the QR credential in My Tickets.

Tickets

Ticket cancellation

Buyer change of mind is not generally refundable unless the listing provides that right, Planifya approves an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.

Provider

Become a provider

Create a normal account and submit the provider application in the app. Estimated review is 2–3 business days. Approval adds provider tools to the same account. Full vendor guide →

Provider pricing

Founding vendor offer & commission

The first 500 approved vendors pay no vendor subscription fee. Planifya charges 5% commission on service bookings and 5% on ticket sales, deducted from provider or organizer proceeds. Pricing details →

Provider

Verification documents

All types use CNIC front/back and a utility bill. Registered businesses also provide registration evidence; local vendors add shop photos. Badge review targets about 48 hours.

Provider

Create a listing

Add accurate details, category, media, location, packages and pricing. Use media you own or may lawfully use. A verification badge is separate from provider approval.

Organizer

Create a ticketed event

Approved providers can add dates, venue, images, ticket tiers, capacity, cutoff and required documents. Events need Planifya/admin verification before public sale.

Payments

Charged, but no booking

Do not pay again immediately. Refresh and allow reconciliation. Contact support with the order or transaction reference if it remains missing. Payment guide →

Payments

Payment protection

Eligible payments use a hold-and-release workflow. “Escrow” is a functional description; Planifya is not a bank, wallet or regulated escrow trustee.

Refunds

Cancel within 5 minutes

An eligible paid service booking can receive an automatic full refund within five minutes. After that, the provider can approve or dispute the request. Refund rules →

Refunds

Provider does not respond

After 72 hours without action, the request escalates to Planifya’s dispute queue. Silence does not automatically decide the case for either side.

Account

Delete an account

Start in account/personal-information settings, or use the public deletion guide without reinstalling the app. Deletion guide →

Safety

Protect your credentials

Never share a password, OTP, card PIN or CVV. Do not publish CNIC, bank details or sensitive documents in profiles, listings or reviews.
