Trust starts with how we behave.
These standards apply to profiles, listings, events, media, chat, voice notes, files, custom offers, reviews, reports and support attachments.
1. Core standards
- Be truthful about identity, services, events, prices and availability.
- Treat other users respectfully and communicate for a legitimate marketplace purpose.
- Use only content you own or are permitted to use.
- Protect private information and payment/security credentials.
- Follow applicable law, venue and event rules, and Planifya transaction rules.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, forged documents, fake tickets or payment manipulation.
- Threats, harassment, bullying, hate, stalking, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content or facilitated harm.
- Illegal services, goods, instructions or transactions.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, requests for passwords/OTPs/card PINs/CVVs, spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Knowingly false allegations, misleading reviews, fabricated evidence or IP infringement.
- Publishing another person’s CNIC, bank information, private contact details or sensitive documents without lawful authorization.
- Evading restrictions, moderation, capacity, payout holds or refund/dispute controls.
3. Chat, reviews and listings
Use chat for legitimate transaction questions, custom offers and support—not harassment, spam, phishing or illegal solicitation. Keep critical scope/payment agreements inside Planifya where possible because the record can assist a dispute.
Review only a genuine eligible experience. Be specific and factual. Do not demand payment for removing a legitimate review, fabricate ratings or retaliate against reviewers.
Providers and organizers must use accurate descriptions, real prices/inclusions, legitimate media and required rights/permissions. Organizers must not falsely claim venues, performers, sponsors, NOCs or permits.
4. Intellectual property and privacy
Do not upload protected photographs, logos, music, artwork or trademarks without rights or permission. A rights holder can email a clear infringement notice identifying the protected work, Planifya content/location, contact details, basis of claim and a good-faith statement.
Verification documents are not public content. Do not post sensitive identity/payment information publicly. Share transaction contact details only where necessary.
5. Reporting, enforcement and appeals
Reporting and blocking are separate actions: blocking restricts future contact; reporting asks Planifya to review content or conduct. Planifya may warn, hide/remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities where appropriate.
If you believe a moderation decision is wrong, contact support@planifya.pk with the relevant account/content/transaction ID and a concise explanation. You do not need to repost prohibited material publicly.
