Transaction commissions still apply to completed sales. Offer eligibility is based on provider approval order and is subject to Planifya’s published terms.
Simple commission
You keep the price, minus commission.
Buyers pay the amount shown at checkout. Planifya deducts commission from provider or organizer proceeds, so customers are not shown a separate Planifya surcharge unless checkout explicitly says otherwise.

On completed service bookings
Deducted from the provider-side amount. A PKR 10,000 completed booking means PKR 500 Planifya commission and PKR 9,500 provider net, before any applicable external deductions.

On ticket sales
Deducted from organizer proceeds. A PKR 2,000 ticket sale means PKR 100 Planifya commission and PKR 1,900 organizer net, before any applicable external deductions.
Current Planifya rateThe commission rate is 5% for service bookings and 5% for ticket sales. Rates may change for future transactions; the commission and net amount recorded for an existing transaction remain fixed for that transaction.
Verification
Approval and the badge are different.
Provider approval gives access to provider features. The verification badge is a separate identity and business-document review; it is not a guarantee of quality or future performance.
Every verification type
CNIC front and back, plus a utility bill. A portfolio URL is optional.
Registered business
The common documents plus a business-registration document.
Local vendor
The common documents plus shop photos. Clear, current and authentic evidence is required.
Protect your documents.Upload verification material only through the official Planifya flow. Never send CNIC images, passwords, OTPs, card PINs or CVVs to someone claiming to onboard you through social media.
Provider responsibilities
Accurate listings. Honest delivery.
Planifya can review, restrict or remove listings or accounts for safety, fraud, policy, intellectual-property or legal reasons.
List what you can deliver
Keep pricing, packages, features, location coverage, availability, media and exclusions accurate.
Keep agreements on record
Use Planifya chat and custom offers for scope, price, dates and terms. Do not ask customers to pay conflicting amounts off-platform.
Use the completion PIN properly
Request the customer’s six-digit PIN only after the service is actually complete. Never pressure a customer to share it early.
